Cordless Sanders, Polishers, & Grinders

To get a smooth, pristine finish to anything, a sander, polisher or grinder will do the job.

Sanders use sandpaper, attached in various ways (depending on the type of sander), to rapidly and evenly smooth wood and metal surfaces and to remove paint and finishes.

Polishers are most often used to finish automobile paintwork or make it shine, although they can also be used for light paint removal. Cordless versions of these tools are best used when applying wax to automobiles or taking care of other light buffing needs. Anything more aggressive will quickly drain the battery, and you should probably consider a corded tool for those applications.

Grinders grind, cut, polish and sand some of the toughest materials like concrete (especially masonry), metal and tile, along with auto-body and mechanical materials.
