Cordless Auto Hammers

When driving nails into tight spaces, on angles or within awkward confines, a cordless auto hammer is a great option. It’s a small enough design to fit into little spaces, and drives the nail without requiring any space behind the tool, as a normal hammer would.

Cordless auto hammers are usually less powerful than pneumatic palm nailers, but don’t require an air compressor or a hose and are more portable. Although a battery change will be required, not having to work around a cord is convenient.

The tool functions in a similar manner as a jackhammer, but on a much smaller scale. Pressure is put on the tool, which pounds the nail into the material at a designated rate, measured in blows per minute (BPM). Auto hammers are excellent for working in small spaces or for rafter, joist, hurricane and decking straps or hangers.
